The XL-21 low voltage power distribution cabinet (box) is applicable to the factories and enterprises of metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical, textile, port and station etc. and used for the power distribution and lighting in the three-phase three-wire, four-wire or five-wire low voltage power distribution system with the AC frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V or 660V and rated current of 630A. At the same time, it may be also used to control partial mouse cage and winding motor in the low voltage control system.
This product complies with the standards such as IEC60439-1: 1992, GB7251·1-2013, GB7251·12-2013 and GB7251·3-2006 Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment etc.
Normal Use Conditions
lThe ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ nor lower than -5℃ and its average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35℃. The weather condition should be as follows: The air is fresh. The relative humidity is not higher than 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃ and the higher relative humidity is allowed at the low temperature.lThe altitude is not higher than 2,000m.
The XL-21 power distribution cabinet is divided two types, including the common type (P type) with the heights of 1,700mm and 1,800mm, independent cabinet installation and the access hole can be made at the top according to the requirements; the capped bus type (M type) with the height of 1,900mm or above. The dismountable cover plate is installed on the cabinet top for easy assembly and disassembly of the bus.
The frame of the cabinet is made of the structural steel. The door plate, side and rear cover plates are dismountable. The mounting plate and side frame can be adjusted. The installation and maintenance are flexible and easy, the structure is compact and the generality is good. The precision-cast door hinge is used and the door opening angle is greater than 135°. All supports installed in the cabinet can be adjusted after the component is installed. The access wires can be installed according to different use environment. The generality is strong and several sets can be combined for use.
The function to connect with the computer interface to achieve online central power monitoring and control can be designed for this product.
