1. Brief Description 
    The oil-immersed transformer with three-dimensional wound core is a new high-reliability transformer with more reasonable structure, more superior performance and much lower manufacturing cost. Breaking through the traditional planar structure, the product adopts three-phase symmetrical three-dimensional structure, featuring no air gap in magnetic circuit, consistency of electro-conducting direction and magnetic circuit direction of silicon steel strip, and the shortest magnetic circuit. With lower operation noise and more compact structure, the oil-immersed transformer with three-dimensional wound core uses traditional material and is an efficient and energy-saving product. 


2. Application Scope
    The product has been widely applied in new and reconstruction projects of urban and rural power grids. It outshines S11 transformer of the same capacity for about 25% reduction in no-load loss, about 70% reduction in no-load current, and 7dB(A)~10dB(A) reduction of noise.

2. Stable quality and high production efficiency 
    The transformer core is wound by the special winding machine, thus minimizing the quality fluctuation resulting from manual laminating, stacking-up, dismantling and inserting of yoke, and saving the human resources. 
3. Strong ability to withstand sudden short circuit
    The compressed air of the coil increases by 16%, and the clamp adopts integrated welding, thus increasing its overall mechanical strength and the ability to withstand sudden short circuit.

5. The tank rim adopts stainless steel bolts, with beautiful appearance.
