1. Brief Description
The seasonal variation, personal mobility, and the difference of power consumption of residents at different time periods of day and night lead to big load fluctuation of power distribution network of China, the capacity of distribution transformer doesn’t match the power demands, the specific transformers of general enterprises run at no load or at light load in over 70% of the time, and the common transformers of residents run at no load or at light load in over 80% of the time, resulting in high loss of transformer. To address such situation, the company develops the automatic capacity and voltage regulation transformer. This new transformer is a new energy-saving transformer with the function of automatic regulation of output voltage and output capacity.
2. Application Scope
The product has been widely applied in new and reconstruction projects of urban and rural power grids, and is especially suitable for the areas where the seasonable fluctuation of power consumption is big and the daily maintenance is difficult. As the transformer adopts fully sealed structure and avoids contact with the air, it may run in the humid environment and is the ideal power distribution equipment for urban and rural power distribution network.

1. Remote control is allowed. Thanks to the built-in permanent magnetism vacuum switch, the transformer may realize wireless remote power supply and outage.
2. Automatic voltage regulation. With automatic voltage regulation function, the transformer may automatically regulate the voltage in case of voltage fluctuation caused by the instability of user or line load, so as to improve the power supply quality and extent the service life of the equipment.
2. Automatic capacity regulation. The capacity may be automatically regulated according to the size of load, so the transformer may automatically run in the small-capacity gear during the valley period of load, resulting in great reduction of no-loss loss under light-load condition, and the no-loss active loss of small capacity is less than one third of that of large capacity, thus achieving obvious energy-saving effects.
