The full-insulated and full-sealed inflatable metal switchgear (hereinafter referred to as gas insulated switchgear) of the KY6 series is a fully-sealed system and all its charged parts and switches are sealed in the stainless steel hub. The whole switchgear is not affected by the external environmental conditions, ensuring the reliable operation and personal safety as well as achieving free maintenance. Any combination can be achieved through selecting the expandable bus to achieve modularization. The fully insulation and shield of the expandable bus ensure the high reliability and safety. The gas insulated switchgear also provides the industrial automatic solutions to form the intelligent switch concept and minimize the workload of installation and debugging on site.

Follow the IEC 60694 standard. The manufacturer and end user must agree on the special operation conditions which are different from the normal ones. If the special and harsh operation environment is involved, you must consult the manufacturer and supplier.
When the electric equipment is installed on the places with the altitude of higher than 2,500m, it should be specifically indicated, so that the pressure can be adjusted when manufacturing.
The 2NO+2NC can be equipped on all load switches and breakers for indicating the switch position. One parallel leader coil (AC or DC) can be installed onto the transformer switch/ breaker. The low voltage control part is in the behind of the front panel.
Remote Control and Monitoring Unit
The integrated remote control and monitoring unit can be equipped.
This unit is a prefabricated product, which can be assembled into a complex or new solution, when a low voltage cabinet is added at the top of the switch.
Whether the indication casing of the capacitive voltage indicator has charge or not and the socket on it can be used for verifying the phase.
Short-circuit/ Grounding Failure Indicator
In order for failure positioning, the short-circuit/ ground-failure indicator can be equipped for the cable switch module for simple failure detection.
For all switches and transformer units, the manual operating mechanism is a standard plan. To install the electrical operating mechanism can be also selected. All switches, vacuum breakers and grounding switches are operated through the mechanism in the behind of the front panel. All switches and breakers can be manually operated through the operation handle (standard configuration) or the motor operating mechanism (accessory) can be equipped. However, the grounding switch can only be manually operated and the mechanism with the closing failure current capacity is equipped.
The height between the standard casing and ground is the same and the standard casing is protected by the cover plate of the cable room. This cover plate can be interlocked with the grounding switch. The specific double cable room cover plates can be used for the double cable incoming.
The pressure indicator is often equipped. This indicator has the pressure gage form. In addition, the electric contact can be also equipped to indicate the pressure reduction.
The key lock applied to the breaker, load switch and grounding switch can be installed.
