This product uses the sulfur hexafluoride load switch or vacuum breaker as a control switch (it may be not installed). The touch screen type silicone rubber power connector has the strong disconnection capacity of the active load and on-load cable current as well as connection capacity of the short-circuit current. The arrester and grounding failure indicator can be also equipped according to the user requirements.

Type without switch
The branch box of the cable without switch has the outdoor design and fully-sealed structure, with characteristics of complete insulation, being anti-dust, dampproof, flood prevention, corrosion resistance and strong environment adaptability. The protection grade of the cabinet reaches IP33. The cable contact support is made of the stainless steel material, while the outer hub is manufactured by using the stainless steel or cold-rolled sheet with painting.
Located on the upper part of the branch box, the cable contact support is used to support the casing pipe, which is used to fix the cable contact. If there is an arrester, it is installed at the end of the cable contact. In addition, the short-circuit failure indicator and charged indicator are installed in the branch box. The prefabricated plug-in cable terminal insulation treatment is carried out for all charged components of the main loop in the box. The cable clapboard is located at the lower part of the box, with cable clamp and grounding terminals. The box has reasonable layout, small volume, compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation and free maintenance.
The branch box of the series without switch is mainly composed of four parts (please see the Figure on the left):

Type with switch
All hubs with switches are made of the stainless steel or cold-rolled sheet. The plastics are sprayed on the steel plate surface, with the thickness of 2mm. It has the strong corrosion resistance capacity and mechanical strength. There is a double layer structure of the air sandwich type on the top. There is a vent hole, which is located at the lower part of the box. The air outlet is set at the top of the box, which is hidden under the top eave. The air convection can be achieved from top to bottom. The dismountable clapboard is set at the box bottom, with cable access hole to prevent the access of the small animals and make the box have good thermal insulation and ventilation effects.
The switch in the box is the SF6 insulated three-position load switch which is imported with original packaging or domestically manufactured and vacuum breaker of the fully-sealed inflatable SF6 load switch. The switch has the air full-seal structure. It is unnecessary to install a heater and there is no condensation. No maintenance is required. There are no exposed charged components in the box and the high voltage access wires are connected through the epoxy resin casing pipe. Each compartment of the cable room is separated by the steel plates. There is interlocking between the front door and corresponding grounding switches. The front door can be opened only when the grounding switch is connected. A group of three-phase charged displays are equipped in each compartment. The padlock device can lock the switch to any state (one of connection, disconnection and grounding).
The view window of the angle head position is set on the load switch, through which you can directly see the contact state. The position indicator is connected with the switch operating shaft to guarantee the accurate position indication. The mechanical interlocking between the load switch and grounding is to avoid misoperation. The cable head is the waterproof and charged touch type, preventing flood and can flexibly carry out the cable connection and expansion. The tele-metering and remote control, electrical operation and SCADA functions are reserved for easy upgrading, achieving the power distribution automation step by step. The warning words and warning signs such as “Stop! Danger, high voltage!” are printed on the obvious positions around the box.
The branch box of the series with switch is composed of five parts:
(I)Outdoor box: It is welded by using the stainless steel rods with the thickness of 2.00mm. According to the user requirements, the surface is divided into the glass surface or sand surface with plastics painted (camel or environment-friend green).
(II)Inner frame: It is welded by using the steel plates and section bar and the complete hot galvanizing treatment is carried out. The load switch and access wire cable contacts are fixed on the frame. The complete set is installed in the outdoor box. The operating mechanism room, cable incoming and outgoing rooms are small fully-sealed rooms.
(III)Switch room: The SF6 load switch is installed in it, with the switch models of FLN36-12D, SFG-12 and fully-sealed inflatable SF6 load switch or vacuum breaker.
(IV)Cable incoming room: The touch screen silicon rubber cable contact and charge display are installed in it.
(V)Cable outgoing room: Assemble the cable contacts and cable fixation frames with the corresponding quantity according to the number of the outgoing cable branches.
As shown in the Figure below, the branch box of the cable of DFW□-12 (II/III) can be divided into five parts.
